OUR SERVICES It is often underestimated just how much landlords and homeowners have to spend on property maintenance, and here at LPR we understand that and the seasonal nature of the business. As such, we are firm believers in giving a fair and honest price for a job and will only take payment on completion. We use local skilled trades. We are long-established in the business and have built up great contacts and supply chains, for example, with white goods suppliers. We supply project management and can also act in a consultative capacity and can provide independent reports.

As a landlord if you suspect any maintenance issues that arise are as a result of tenant misuse or damage, we can provide you with documented evidence in the form of a letter and, where possible, photos to confirm as much.
