Due to the extensive property portfolio we look after there are always multiple conversion projects on-going at any one time. We are constantly on the lookout for additional workers to cover a range of jobs from unskilled labouring to first / last fixing on large property developments.

Annual June / July Tenancy Handover: Cleaners and Maintenance Staff Always Needed

As we deal with a large number of student properties, one vital roll we fulfill for landlords is the changeover inspection. This covers the cleaning and any immediate repairs that are required before a new tenancy begins. 90% of student tenancies end on 30th June with the new tenants moving in on 1st July. This gives the landlord less than 24 hours to get the property clean and the essential maintenance to be done. We are always on the lookout for cleaners and staff to work during this busy period.
