Annual June / July Tenancy Handover
As we deal with a large number of student properties, one vital role we fulfil for landlords is the changeover inspection. This covers the cleaning and any immediate repairs that are required before a new tenancy begins. 90% of student tenancies end on 30th June with the new tenants moving in on 1st July. This gives the landlord less than 24 hours to get the property clean and the essential maintenance done. We are always on the lookout for cleaners and staff to work during this busy period.
